• Contact data: email, phone number, mailing and billing addresses.
• Financial and collateral data: asset descriptions, appraisals, titles, insurance, statements, valuations, funding account details, draws, repayments, and card activity.
• Compliance data: KYC/AML and sanctions (OFAC) screening results and supporting records.

To verify your identity, evaluate and underwrite applications, perfect and monitor collateral, service facilities and cards, prevent fraud, meet legal and regulatory obligations, communicate with you, and improve the platform.

We share information with service providers who support the platform (identity verification, sanctions screening, cloud hosting, custody, appraisal, payment and card processing), with participants or assignees in a facility, with professional advisors, and with regulators or law enforcement where required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Documents are stored in encrypted, access-controlled storage; access is restricted to the account owner and authorized personnel, and retrieval links are short-lived. No system is perfectly secure, and you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.

We retain records for as long as your relationship is active and thereafter for the periods required by applicable financial, tax, and anti-money-laundering recordkeeping rules.
