Brickell Wallstreet does not accept borrower-provided estimates as the sole basis for a credit line. Each file is assigned a valuation path based on asset type, location, and facility size. We may require more than one opinion, a physical inspection, or a specialist report.
Our underwriting team reviews every appraisal for consistency, independence, and methodology. If the value is unsupported, the facility is reduced, restructured, or declined. This discipline protects both the borrower and the platform.
Independence
Appraisers are engaged directly by Brickell Wallstreet or reviewed for independence.
Reconciliation
Internal models cross-check third-party values against market data.
Revaluation
Ongoing monitoring triggers reappraisals when markets move.
Documentation
Every report is stored in the vault and linked to the facility.
